CANCELLATION POLICY


  1.  For calendar activities :
    1. Your reservation is non-refundable, unless the activity is cancelled by the GUEPE team.  
    2. GUEPE reserves the right to cancel the activity if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to unfavorable conditions (weather, trail conditions, etc.). In such a case, the GUEPE team will contact you at least 24 hours before the activity.  
  3.  For other activities, please refer to the sales order sent to you by your sales representative.
